Biography

Shih graduated from the master program of the Department of Chinese as a Second Language in National Taiwan Normal University.

She got her bachelor degree from the Department of Education on Social Science in National Taitung University in Taiwan.

Working Experiences

Shih worked as a Chinese language teacher in Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology. She also taught Chinese in Taiwan OCAC Language Study Program for Compatriot Youth.
